The Kingdom of the Netherlands has two official representations in Vietnam. The Embassy in Hanoi and the Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City. For passport applications and consular assistance please contact the Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh city if you are (temporarily) residing South of Hue. Otherwise please contact the Embassy in Hanoi
