Dutch driving license

Dutch driving licences cannot be obtained at the Consulate General but must be applied for directly with the Rijksdienst voor het Wegverkeer in the Netherlands (www.rdw.nl). To apply for a new driving license you must submit a declaration fo residence. This declaration can be obtained at the Consulate General. The declaration must be applied for in person with your Dutch passport and proof of residency in Vietnam. Fees apply.
