www.ind.nl¹ Fees are due at the moment of application, and payable cash in VND only. Due to regularly fluctuating exchange rates, the applicable amounts in VND are published at the embassy.
² Visa applicants with the nationality of a country with which the European Union has entered or will enter into a visa facilitation agreement (Albania, Bosnia, Former Yugoslav Republic Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Ukraine, Russia and Serbia) will pay € 35,00.
