Legalisation of documents

Official Vietnamese documents for use in the Netherlands must be legalised in Vietnam by the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Hanoi (Consular department: 40a Trần Phú, Ba Đình, Hà Nội, T. 04 3799 3127 ) or the Department of Foreign Affairs in Ho Chi Minh City (6 Alexandre de Rhodes, District 1, T. 3822 4224) and then the Netherlands Embassy or Consulate General in Vietnam.  All Vietnamese documents must be translated into English and both the Vietnamese and the English version must be legalised. Only original documents or original extracts can be legalised.
